Caldora Consulting Ltd is an advisory practice providing senior-level expertise to clients navigating the UK heat network and energy services sector on a fractional, contract or project basis.
Our focus is on the commercial and regulatory challenges that operators, developers and asset owners face: ESCo structuring, mobilisation of long-term heat supply arrangements, governance frameworks, Ofgem compliance, and funding applications (including the Green Heat Network Fund).
Through Caldora Consulting we also founded and developed Caldora Compliance, a SaaS platform for heat network operators managing Ofgem Authorisation Conditions and HNTAS / TS1 technical standards. It was built because the tools we needed for our advisory clients didn’t exist.
